WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Credit/Debit Cards (Paystack): Paystack is our secured payment gateway for credit card payments. Once you have placed an order, you can select Paystack and will automatically be forwarded to their secured site to enter your credit card details to finalise payment. You can also choose SnapScan when using Paystack.
SnapScan: If you have the SnapScan App, you are welcome to use this as a payment option. Select Paystack as your payment option and then select SnapScan from their menu. The QR code will be automatically generated, scan it and the amount will already be entered for you on your SnapScan app.
Bank Deposit/EFT: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with banking details. Please use your name and order number as reference and send the proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our couriers deliver Nationwide to all major cities in South Africa for R80 and to all other smaller towns and outlying areas for R110. Please note that additional charges may apply for very outlying or remote areas.
MUST THERE BE A PERSON AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL AT THE ADDRESS PROVIDED?
Yes, our courier will only be able to hand over the delivered goods to a person that can sign to confirm receipt.
Please note: We will not be held responsible for the costs of re-delivery if you do not give us the correct address and a daytime South African telephone number that you are able to answer if the courier needs to call you. If the parcel is returned to us for reasons of not being able to contact you, you will be liable to pay a second delivery fee.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to send out order within 24 hours once completed (ie: once payment has been made in full and cleared by our payment gateway). Shipping takes 1-2 days for main cities and 2-5 working days for smaller towns and outlying.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, once your order has been completed you will receive an email with your tracking number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISSED THE COURIER FOR DELIVERY?
The courier will try to make contact again with you the next day to deliver your purchase. After the couriers makes a few attempts to deliver the parcel and is unsuccessful the goods will be returned to us. Please ensure that you give us an accurate physical address and cell phone number that you can answer during working hours. Essentoils will not be held responsible for additional costs incurred should an order be returned due to incorrect delivery information and/or the courier’s multiple attempts to deliver the parcel to no avail.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO ADD TO MY ORDER?
Please first contact us on email@example.com to make sure your order hasn't been dispatched, if it is 24 hours since your order. If it is sooner, or once you have established that it hasn't shipped, you can place another order on the online store and select Local Pickup when you checkout. This will ensure that you are not charged shipping again. Please add a message to the NOTES section on the order to remind out staff to add this new order to your previous one, quoting your previous order number, or send us an email at the above address.
Please note: We can't refund shipping that has already been paid, even if your 2 orders added together come to over R800.

CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS AT WHOLESALE RATES?
Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale pricing on certain minimum quantities. You can view all of our wholesale items that are currently available and order them via the website via the WHOLESALE ORDERS link above.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP AND WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
We have a showroom at our offices and you can visit us Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm at Lincoln House, Epsom Downs Office Park, 13 Sloane Street, Bryanston, Jhb. We are not open on weekends or public holidays.
