I had trouble staying asleep all night. I am using the restful sleep blend, and it works, but the last couple of nights I was struggling to get back to sleep if I had waken at night. A few drops of Valerian Root inside the Restful Sleep blend sorted it out. If I do wake up at night, I fall back asleep very easily.
