Shipping & Collection Info

We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa and courier our orders country-wide and can quote to send to Southern African countries.

SHIPPING

Courier fees are R76 for Pargo Click and Collect, R110 for South Africa nationwide. Orders typically take 2-3 working days to reach large centres and 3-6 working days for outlying. Orders over R750 quanify for free shipping.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR PARGO: You can select the collection point that is most conventient for you after you have completed your order. Simply enter your address into the Pargo map and up to 5 collection points will be availabel to chose from. Your parcel will take 2-5 days to reach the collection point and you will be sent an email from Pargo once it is avaiable for collection. You have 7 days to collect your parcel. Should you not collect in that time and it is returned to us, you will be liable for a second shipping fee to resend.

PLEASE NOTE: Our couriers deem mines, townships and farms as high risk/extra charge areas, and can add a very large surcharge to the delivery rates. Should you reside in one of these, we will contact you to arrange to get your parcel to you via Pargo.

 

COLLECTIONS

You can collect your order from Bryanston, or visit our showroom and shop in person. Select Local Pickup or Collect from Bryanston when you checkout and you will be sent an email with the address details as soon as your order is ready for collection.
