Our organic Frankincense Carterii Essential Oil is gently steam distilled from the resin of Boswellia carterii trees, wild-harvested from the rugged, rural landscapes of Somaliland.

Often referred to simply as Frankincense, Boswellia carterii is treasured for both its beautifully deep, resinous aroma and its remarkable therapeutic qualities. Rich in naturally occurring boswellic acids, this sacred resin is known for its soothing, comforting properties—supporting joint and muscle ease, promoting skin health, and nurturing overall wellbeing.

Each and every batch of Amala essential oils is tested by an independent international laboratory before being sent to us. A Certificate of Analysis is issued, stating the purity of the oil.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply Topically: Our Single Essential Oils and Blends are 100% pure and undiluted. To apply to the skin, dilute with a high-quality Carrier Oil and use in an easy to apply roller bottle. For a guide on how much to use, see our dilution chart here. 

Diffuse & Inhale: Breathe in your favorite essential oils using an essential oil diffuser or apply to your wrists and inhale. You can also add a few drops to your hands and form a 'tent' over your nose and inhale. A great way to diffuse when you are on the go is to use diffuser jewellery or a car diffuser.

Do not use internally unless instructed by a licensed aromatherapist or physician. Essential oils are highly concentrated and powerful oils and can cause serious harm if ingested without the necessary expertise required - for this reason, ingestion of essential oils is NOT recommended.
