Pressure Sensitive Seals (PS Liners) are a cost-effective sealing solution. Made with an EVA-based pressure-sensitive adhesive bonded to a foam liner, these seals adhere securely to glass or plastic containers without the need for heat or specialised machinery.

The liner is placedon the clean and dry lip of the container and will seal when the cap is screwed on. Once applied, the cap should remain unopened for at least 12 hours to allow proper adhesion. When the cap is removed, the seal stays attached to the container, providing clear tamper evidence.

This 38mm diameter pressure seal fits securely within most lids/closures of the same size and is therefore suitable to be used in conjunction with most 38mm neck diameter containers.
