Ginger Essential Oil (10ml): This spacy, warming essential oil can boost a compromised immune system and help support proper lung function, especially when dealing with a cold or the flu.

Lemon Essential Oil (10ml): Lemon Essential Oil is a powerful detoxifier and diuretic, so it has been found to be helpful in detoxing a strained liver during times of infection. Lemon Oil is a good choice for formulating blends that reduce bacteria and help purify minor infections as well as reduce pain and inflammation. 
 
Eucalyptus Essential Oil (10ml): In addition to helping support a healthy respiratory system, Eucalyptus Essential Oil can also be immensely advantageous when looking to reduce unwanted microbes, bacteria, fungus, and viruses. It has been known to purify the air whilst removing airborne viruses.
 
Ravensara Essential Oil (10ml): Traditionally, Ravensara is referred to as the oil that heals. One of nature's more therapeutically effective yet gentle oils, Ravensara Oil is perhaps best known for its affinity for clearing and soothing the respiratory channels. This essential oil is a wonderful support to the immune system and is especially helpful during times of seasonal illness. 
 
Tea Tree Essential Oil (10ml): Tea Tree Oil is one of the most well-known essential oils for purifying and cleansing, and effectively supports the immune system. It is the go-to essential oil to clean and disinfect wounds and is also effective against cold sores. Rolling diluted Tea Tree Oil outside the ears and over the throat does wonders to fight ear and throat infections. When diffused, Tea Tree Oil helps support a healthy immune system.  It is also prized for supporting a healthy respiratory system and can prove useful for treating coughs and other lung ailments.

HOW TO USE:

  1. Combine all 5 oils in your diffuser for maximum benefits during times of illness.
  2. Add 3 drops each of Eucalyptus and Ravensara to a bowl of hot water and breathe in the fragrant steam to open airways and relieve congestion.
  3. Make a 10ml roller blend of 2 drops of all five oils and roll into your pulse points, sinuses and base of the skull up to 4 times a day.
  4. Add a few drops of Eucalyptus, Tea Tree and Ravensara to a base gel or fragrance-free lotion to make your own vaporub. Rub into the chest and back as often as needed to ease cough and congestion.
