Our Find Focus blend is a specially formulated essential oil blend, designed to focus and inspire the mind. Comprised of 100% pure Rosemary, Peppermint, Sweet Orange and Vetiver essential oils, this blend has been seen to bring mental alertness and attentiveness. Its refreshing minty fragrance is sure to give you the wake up you need when it’s time to focus!

 
INGREDIENTS

Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha arvensis)

Multiple evidence-based studies have shown that Peppermint Essential Oil is a central nervous stimulant, from which many have experienced improved alertness and decreased mental fatigue. In fact, Peppermint Oil is also known to be one of the best essential oils for concentration.

Sweet Orange Essential Oil (Citrus sinensis)

In aromatherapy, Sweet Orange Essential Oil has been seen to have a deeply calming effect on the mind, alleviating feelings of confusion and indecisiveness. Because of this, Sweet Orange Oil is known to be a fantastic essential oil for focus.

Rosemary Essential Oil (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Rosemary Essential Oil can sharpen blurry thinking and increase mental stimulation, making it an ideal oil for focus and concentration. Rosemary Oil encourages mental clarity as well as energizes and uplifts the mind. It can also help clear negativity, inspire a more positive general outlook, and strengthen the mind.

Vetiver Essential Oil (Vetiveria izanoides)

Vetiver Oil may improve alertness and brain function. Vetiver oil is used to help the brain feel more awake when struggling to focus on a task or remain alert. A 2021 study found that the relaxing and calming properties of vetiver oil helped the children combat their ADHD and ADD symptoms.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Diffusing:

For those struggling to concentrate, add a few drops of Find Focus Essential Oil Blend to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Car Diffuser, or Diffuser Jewellery.

Topical Application:

You can receive the benefits of Find Focus by diluting this essential oil blend into a preferred carrier oil (we recommend Fractionated Coconut Oil), add this dilution to a roller bottle and apply to your pulse points (temples, wrists, behind the ears and on the soles of the feet).

SAFETY

Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not use internally unless instructed by a licensed aromatherapist or physician. Essential oils are highly concentrated and powerful oils and can cause serious harm if ingested without the necessary expertise required - for this reason, ingestion of essential oils is NOT recommended.

We do not recommend using essential oils on pets, unless under the care of a veterinarian or aromatherapist.

Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation or reactions if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). We recommend a 2-4% dilution for skin application.
