These crackers looked so pretty & unique on my Christmas table. I accessorized them with ribbon bow on each end & added a chocolate with the essential oil as th cracker surprises. The snap supplied was good quality. The only way they could be made better would be with a paper hat 😂- that was the comment I had from my Christmas guests, but they were really beautiful & unique crackers

I have recently made a mixture of 60 % extra virgin coconut oil and 40% castor oil on the advice of Dr Barbara O'Neil. I have added a few drops of essential oils that's good for your skin.. I then started to apply it under my eyes at night.. I have had cholesterol deposits underneath my eyelids for MANY years and it recently became worse...After about two weeks I have noticed a GREAT IMPROVEMENT in the puffiness underneath my eyes and the cholesterol deposits.. I could not believe the DIFFERENCE!!!...I make SURE that I apply this mixture EVERY night before bed...(I find it a bit oily on the rest of my face..) Expensive eye creams have never given me these results...

I have recently taken the advice from a YouTube video... I make a 2% dilution of MCT oil and rosemary essential oil and apply it twice a day to my "puffed up" vein and other vericose veins on my left leg ...I have experienced a great improvement in the APPEARANCE of especially the bulging vein, within about two weeks time.. I know that rosemary oil is also one of the best oils for improving MEMORY in the elderly and for hair growth....

The BEST advice I have ever received from a friend is the following :
The moment your throat starts getting sore, gargle with 5 drops of tea tree oil in half a cup of water... REPEAT it as often as possible... Since I have started following this advice, I am staying healthy throughout winter...The germs OFTEN try to attack my throat during winter, but Tea tree oil always WINS!!!
