Lemongrass Essential Oil (10ml): Lemongrass Essential Oil can invite comfort during difficult emotional transitions, and encourage motivation during times of anxiety, stress and depression. The stimulating and refreshing aroma also uplifts and relaxes, assisting in both reducing fatigue and energizing the mind.

Mandarin Essential Oil (10ml): Despite its fresh and intensely citrus aroma Mandarin Orange Oil is so mild and effective it can be used safely in aromatherapy for every member of the family. It can help to reduce the negative effects of daily stress, promote deep, restful sleep, and support feelings of contentment and well being.

Rosemary Essential Oil (10ml): High in camphor, Spanish Rosemary soothes our tired bodies and enables us to keep going. Rosemary Oil encourages mental clarity as well as energizes and uplifts the mind. It can also help clear negativity, inspire a more positive general outlook, and strengthen the mind.

Whether combined to make your own personalized essential oil blend or enjoyed individually, these essential oils are sure to give mum the energetic boost she needs!

 

HOW TO USE:

Whilst there are many ways to use essential oils, here we have listed a few of our favourite:

Massage: Have a loved one treat you to a soothing and relaxing massage. Simply dilute 6-10 drops of your preferred Essential Oil into dropper bottle with your favourite Carrier Oil and apply to affected areas. 

Diffuser or Jewellery: Add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your aromatherapy diffuser or aromatherapy jelwellery. You can also combine a few oils together to create your own personal essential oil blend.

Room Spray: Combine 2 tbsp of Witch Hazel or vodka with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with 3/4 cup water and mist the air throughout your home.

Perfume: Create your own personal perfume blend by mixing 5-10 drops of Essential Oil to a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

You can collect your order from Bryanston, Johannesburg. Select Local Pickup or Collect from Bryanston when you checkout and you will be sent an email with the address details as soon as your order is ready for collection.
