Rose Geranium Essential Oil (10ml): Along with its sweet, rosy, and herbaceous aroma, Rose Geranium is used to encourage serenity and a balanced emotional state. This oil is also widely cherished as a powerful assistant in promoting ease and grace during a woman's monthly cycle, easing the symptoms of PMS.

Bergamot Essential Oil (10ml): With an aroma that is somewhat similar to that of oranges, lemons and florals combined, Bergamot Essential Oil has very powerful uplifting and restorative properties and is unique in that it can be both uplifting and calming at the same time, reducing nervous tension and negative emotions.

Lavender Essential Oil (10ml): The cooling, relaxing and mood-enhancing effects of Lavender Oil have been cherished throughout the world for thousands of years. It is used extensively in aromatherapy and is primarily known to have a relaxing, calming and sedative effect, helping to relieve feelings of stress, irritability, and nervous tension.

Whether combined to make your own personalized essential oil blend or enjoyed individually, these essential oils are sure to give mom the rest and relaxations she deserves as they relax and calm the mind, whilst alleviating feelings of stress and tension.

HOW TO USE

Whilst there are many ways to use essential oils, here we have listed a few of our favourite:

Massage: Have a loved one treat you to a soothing and relaxing massage. Simply dilute 6-10 drops of your preferred Essential Oil into dropper bottle with your favourite Carrier Oil and apply to affected areas. 

Diffuser or Jewellery: Add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your aromatherapy diffuser or aromatherapy jelwellery. You can also combine a few oils together to create your own personal essential oil blend.

Room Spray: Combine 2 tbsp of Witch Hazel or vodka with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with 3/4 cup water and mist the air throughout your home.

Perfume: Create your own personal perfume blend by mixing 5-10 drops of Essential Oil to a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
