We have combined 4 of the most effective natural sleep aids with 100% pure and organic Roman Chamomile, Frankincense, Lavender and Vetiver essential oils. They can be used separately or blended in a diffuser or diluted and applied topically to promote a good night’s sleep. ROMAN CHAMOMILE ESSENTIAL OIL (5ml): Endowed with an overall calming effect for the stressed mind and tense body, Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is primarily known for its calming, soothing and relaxing properties and for this reason, it is a fantastic essential oil for sleep.

HOW TO USE
Whilst there are many ways to use essential oils, here we have listed a few of our favourite:
Massage: Have a loved one treat you to a soothing and relaxing massage. Simply dilute 6-10 drops of your preferred Essential Oil intodropper bottlewith your favourite Carrier Oil and apply to affected areas.
Diffuser or Jewellery: Add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to youraromatherapy diffuseroraromatherapy jelwellery.You can also combine a few oils together to create your own personal essential oil blend.
Room Spray: Combine 2 tbsp ofWitch Hazelor vodka with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into aspray bottleand shake well. Top up with 3/4 cup water and mist the air throughout your home.
