Sweet Orange Essential Oil (10ml): The benefits of Sweet Orange Essential Oil are known to contribute to overall health by alleviating common cold and flu symptoms, strengthening the immune system and boosting general health.

Cinnamon Essential Oil (10ml): Cinnamon nourishes and restores the body's own ability to produce a healing response. Along with helping to support pain and inflammation management, Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil is a powerful immune support and can help reduce the presence of unwanted fungal or viral activity.


HOW TO USE

Whilst there are many ways to use essential oils, here we have listed a few of our favourite:

Massage: Have a loved one treat you to a soothing and relaxing massage. Simply dilute 6-10 drops of your preferred Essential Oil into dropper bottle with your favourite Carrier Oil and apply to affected areas. 

Diffuser or Jewellery: Add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your aromatherapy diffuser or aromatherapy jelwellery. You can also combine a few oils together to create your own personal essential oil blend.

Room Spray: Combine 2 tbsp of Witch Hazel or vodka with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with 3/4 cup water and mist the air throughout your home.

Perfume: Create your own personal perfume blend by mixing 5-10 drops of Essential Oil to a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

How To Use Oils #1

In a Roller Bottle

Add 5-10 drops of oils to 10ml of carrier oil and use it in a roller top bottle on your pulse points

How To Use Oils #2

In the Bath

Add 5 drops to your bath water, or to a handful of epsom salts, to mix into the bath and and relax

How To Use Oils #3

In a Diffuser

Add 6-8 drops to your ultrasonic or passive diffuser to inhale the scent for hours

In a Massage Blend

Add 5 drops to 10ml of massage oil, such as Jojoba or Sweet Almond Oil for a therapeutic massage

Absolutely not, all of our oils are pure essential oils, nothing else. We will never supply oils with added fillers, synthetic additives or toxic chemicals.

Added to that our oils are certified organic wherever possible, or wild harvested from trees in remote places like the Amazon.

Whilst our oils are 100% pure and organic and as good quality as any others you can get, we do not recommend swallowing them. Oils are very strong and using too much, or the wrong oil can damage your digestive system.

oils internally.
